Ring Entrance: "Diary Of Jane" by Breaking Benjamin plays over the sound system, and the lights fade to nothing but a spotlight in the entrance. Felicity appears wearing a long coat and dark glases over her eyes and she walks to the ring occasionally posing for a photo opportunity.
Biography:She was the youngest and only daughter of 13 children of the legendary Stuart Billington. While he tried to get all of his sons into wrestling, it was only Felicity who seemed to have any real natural ability in the ring but Billington did not feel that wrestling was a sport for women. instead, he made sure Felicity got the best college education while he opened up his own wrestling school in Canada so he would be able to still contribute to the wrestling world after he was forced to retire because of injury.
Many days after school Felicity would end up watching her father train, and secretly learned a lot by watching him. Though one day a student at the school made an unwanted advance at Felicty, and she went on to humiliate him by wrapping him up in several moves while his friends laughed. It was then that her father witnessed this and was able to realize her true potential and how much it was really in her blood.
Though he warned her how hard it would be for a female to break into the wrestling business, and she would always be compared to him, but that only made Felicity more determined and that is why she rarely mentions her family or even her full name. She is very driven to prove herself in the wrestling world has has entered a few different ventures and partnerships to do so, but most have not payed off until she finally started getting some attention in Divas Unleashed on her own and was slated to do a Playboy cover and photo shoot but that ended up not happening because during a match with her former tag team championship partner Ferrari that was supposed to lead into her big announcement Felicity ended up sidelined for then unknown reasons. It was eventually discovered that unknown to her or anyone else that Felicity had entered that match pregnant and it resulted in some complications where her until then unknown pregnancy were in jeopardy.
She disappeared for several months and upon her return it was revealed that her pregnancy was the result of a one night stand with Divas Unleashed owner and President Shane Rockford (who was still heavilly involved with Tequilla during this time) and she even briefly attempted in resuming a relation with the father of her unborn child but naturally this lead to clashes with Shane's longtime girlfriend Tequilla who was unable to act until Felicity had finally given birth to her first child Ashley Abbagail Billington-Rockford and this lead to a match (where it was debated Felicity might not be ready for this match so soon after giving birth) where Tequilla won the rights to Shane Rockford for himself. Felicity has not been seen since then but it has been wondered if she is still in the background somewhere and return to Divas Unleashed may still be possible.
Felicity has since returned, and after fueding with Tequila she has finally started to have some success and won the Rockford State Championship.
Personality: She is a rich girl because of her family and background, so sometimes she can seem to be a bit niave but she is way more crafty than most people realize. Has a tendancy to make people cave into her desires without them even realizing they are doing so.
