Divas Unleashed: Rules & Guidelines NOTE: These rules are not set in stone. They are relevant to DU at the time of publication and are subject to change and revisement. These rules are a basic guideline for everyone during their time in Divas Unleashed. Most of the rules are common rules you will find in most efeds and communities, and although we are laid back, we kindly request that you read, respect and abide by these rules. *-Member Rules-* 1. Respect your fellow members. Don't harass, provoke or bully a fellow member. If a problem arises with another member, either sort it out in private, report it to a staff member or just forget about it. Don't publicly attack another member of the fed out of character on any DU forums. If you are reported for doing so you will be warned; if you persist in this behaviour your DU contract will be terminated. If you cause a fellow member of DU to quit because of your behavior and conduct, you will also be punished, which could lead to the termination of your contract. 2. If you are accepted, in any role, remember that you're responsible for the image of Divas Unleashed. If you go around spamming other efeds or being a nuisance to people, you are damaging our reputation. If it is reported that you are doing so and we feel you are hurting our image then you will be released. 3. Any character you bring into DU must be original and be a character that you have created. Don't steal someone else's character or work, at least without their permission. Any reported cases of plagiarism will be investigated and you may be asked to change characters or possibly leave DU. *-Staff Rules-* 1. Staff members should always make objective, fair and unbiased decisions. If a member of the active roster is on the staff then they are not allowed to judge their own matches or decide their own warnings. 2. Staff should handle all complaints in a professional matter, even if the person complaining is being rude and disrespectful. You're representing the fed when you are in these situations, please remember that. If you don't want to deal with a complaint or feel yourself getting angry with a person, forward the person complaining to Dan and walk away. 3. We ask fair and impartial people to judge the winners of matches. If any form of bias is noticed towards a particular member, the vote will not count towards the outcome of the match. Matches are likely to be judged in odd numbers to avoid ties and to ensure a fair ratio of people judging. *-Roleplaying Rules-* 1. You need roleplay once in a roleplay cycle if you want to stay in DU. If you fail to roleplay you will receive a warning. If you fail to roleplay again and fail to give an explanation for doing so, your contract will be terminated. We operate a three strikes system. You can get more information about warnings in the DU Discussion section of our forums. See the "Roleplay Rules" post on the roleplay board for more information on other rules. *-Other Rules-* 1. For your picture base/poser, Divas Unleashed does not accept pictures of mainstream celebrities or well known faces. There are plenty of people that are accepted (for example, glamour models or porn stars) but we ask is that they are not famous. This is for us to keep an 'original' image, amongst other things. In addition, given the recent path taken by WWE to sue efeds, any one who has been in the WWE (past or present) or any other mainstream WWE-related companies such as WCW/ECW/TNA in the past or present are not allowed to be used. Neither. 2. The staff try to operate a fair system to ensure everyone has the oppurtunity of a championship shot. We are not interested in whether you think you deserve a championship shot, we will decide who faces who and when. See the 'Champions' page for a list of contenders for each belt. 3. Cards for Exile are subject to change and are not set in stone. That means that your match stipulation could be changed (for example, standard match to hardcore match, standard match to championship match) or the participants in a match can be changed. People added, people taken out. Sometimes these changes happen for storyline reasons, other times there's another reason behind it. 4. If all of the participants in a match fail to roleplay, that match will either not be written or it will be cut out of results. We're not going to reward you with a match you didn't roleplay for. 5.
